Since 1988 Nortek is one of the leading french manufacturers of professional television equipments dedicated to broadcast networks both for digital (DVB) and analogue TV standards.

Nortek equipments are used for transmission, measurement and monitoring applications in terrestrial TV transmitters networks, satellite receiving sites and cable head-ends.

Nortek supplies its customers with innovative and cost effective integrated digital equipments. They include in one unit functionnalities like RF front end, demodulator, transport stream remultiplexer, MPEG transport stream analyser, MPEG decoder and remote controlled management trough Ethernet TCP/ IP interface.

These integrated solutions are attractive for the networks operators as they simplify the architecture of head-end and monitoring system allowing decreasing cost of installation and maintenance.

To help customers to build their own Network Management Systems, Nortek also offers solutions based on Ethernet TCP/IP interfaces and software managers.
